In addition, Mr. Cammack is OSHA-30 certified.
Owner and Project Executive for every project, he brings extensive experience in areas of operations, project management, partner developing, client retention, and employee management. Mr. Cammack is a Past President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.
His knowledge of construction along with his strong project management and effective communication capabilities allows all projects to run smoothly and cost effectively.
Mr. McAlpin's experience is unparalled in the local construction industry. He has over 25 years of construction experience highlighted by the completion of high profile and educational projects in the Tampa Bay area.
Mr. McAlpin has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry including and responsibility for the regional office of a $300 million per year general contractor and end responsibility for preconstruction services for the North American division of a $15 billion per year construction management firm. Additionally, Mr. McAlpin was the project executive on significant native projects such as the Vinoy Resort & Golf Club restoration, The Pennsylvania Hotel restoration, and the University of South Florida (USF) St. Petersburg Marine Sciences building.
Mr. McAlpin's responsibilities are to ensure all projects are constructed on time and within budget. He handles all of the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the project, procurement, meetings, communication, and project controls. This includes procuring new business relationships, closeout, and warranty.
